What we collect
To submit the form, give your name, email address, market, enquiry type and application requirements. Your company, material, target finish and current process are optional. You choose whether to provide this information. Without the required fields we cannot process the form. You may contact us by email or telephone instead.
How we use it
EMAFS uses your details to review your technical requirements, respond and follow up. Preparing an email draft does not submit the form. If you use the assistant, your messages are processed to generate a reply. Avoid including personal information about others or confidential technical details.
Who may receive it
Our staff and the providers that operate our hosting and email services may handle enquiry information to provide those services. When you send a chat message, the AI service provider processes its text. If anti-bot verification is enabled, the verification provider processes technical browser and network information to check the request.
Where your information is processed
Our website is hosted in Europe. The AI service processes the messages you send to the assistant in the United States. Our email provider and, when verification is enabled, our anti-bot provider operate internationally and may process information outside Hong Kong.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or meet applicable obligations. Under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you can ask whether we hold your personal data, request a copy and request correction of inaccurate data.
